About Oliver Treidler

Oliver Treidler (born 29 May 1980) studied Business, Politics, and Economics, in Stuttgart, Germany from 2002 to 2005. In 2008 he obtained the Master of Science in International Economics and European Studies at Corvinus University of Budapest. From 2010 to 2013 he completed his Ph.D. at the University of Wuerzburg.

From 2002 to 2006 Oliver completed an apprenticeship as an airline professional (Luftverkehrskaufmann) and subsequently worked in the accounting department of Deutsche Lufthansa AG. During his time in Budapest (2006 to 2008) he supported the local management.

In 2009 Oliver worked as a transfer pricing consultant at Deloitte in Hamburg. After completing his Ph.D., he resumed his career in transfer pricing and briefly joined PwC in Frankfurt as a transfer pricing senior consultant in 2013, before moving on at Mazars in Berlin. At Mazars Oliver worked on complex transfer pricing cases and assumed increasing responsibilities as a manager and senior manager.

In 2017 Oliver founded TP&C GmbH and enjoys the challenges of being an entrepreneur. In addition to his daily work at TP&C, he frequently publishes articles on current transfer pricing issues. Oliver has actively participated in the public consultations of the OECD on BEPS and enjoys discussions on transfer pricing policies and court cases.

Oliver Treidler

CEO & Founder

Oliver is the Managing Director of Berlin-based TP&C GmbH. He specializes in providing pragmatic transfer pricing solutions to his clients. He started his professional career working in the accounting department of Deutsche Lufthansa. In 2008 he joined the Transfer Pricing team of Deloitte in Hamburg. After completing his PhD in economics at University of Würzburg and a brief but intensive time at with PwC in Frankfurt, he joined the Transfer Pricing team of Mazars in Berlin in 2013. After a few rewarding years with Mazars, he founded TP&C in 2017. Oliver is a certified controller (IHK) and approaches transfer pricing from a business rather than a tax perspective. He frequently publishes articles on contemporary transfer pricing issues.

Tom Eric Kunz

Senior Consultant

Tom joined TP&C in 2018 and has gained substantial experience in all kinds of intercompany transactions within groups operating in a wide scope of industries. He obtained both a Bachelor and Master of Science degree in in International Business Administration majoring in Finance, Accounting, Controlling and Taxation with a distinct focus on international matters from the European University Viadrina Frankfurt (O). Additionally, Tom is currently pursuing a Master of Laws focusing on corporate and international tax law from the University of Mannheim. During his studies, he studied in Cali, Colombia, Porto, Portugal, and Budapest, Hungary where he especially developed intercultural and language skills.

Lisa Hogreve

JR consultant

Lisa has been a working student for TP&C since 2019, focusing on centralized services whilst also working on projects in various other areas. Currently, she is pursuing her master's degree in Management at WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management after obtaining a bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), where she majored in taxation, economics and management. Since starting at TP&C, Lisa has also interned with Tax Foundation (Washington) as well as the German Parliament, both times focusing on the field of international tax regulations.

Dennis Fedorko

consultant

Dennis has been working for TP&C as a consultant since May 2022. He finished his bachelor's degree in Business Administration at HTW Berlin, where he majored in accounting as well as investment and financing. Since starting at TP&C, he has worked primarily on transfer pricing documentations and benchmarking for service transactions. Other areas and projects he is focusing on include financial transactions and the digitalization of transfer pricing.

Louis Morales

Marketing & Coms

Luis has been working for TP&C since July 2022, focusing on marketing. He obtained his bachelor's degree in International Business Administration focusing on digital marketing and entrepreneurship. In addition, he has taken a variety of digital courses, certificates, and diplomas in marketing and digital marketing. Since starting at TP&C he has been working in the rebranding of the company.

Emma Burfeindt

JR consultant

Emma has been a working student for TP&C since June 2022, focusing mostly on the DEMPE concept and working on other projects in various areas. Currently, she is finishing her Bachelor's degree at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor in International Studies and Political Science. Previous to TP&C, she has had various internships ranging from marketing to Research and Development.
